Types of Personal Data We Collect
Many of the Services allow you to visit the Site without sharing your Personal Data. However, some Services, such as purchasing a product from our online e-commerce platform that allows us to market the Services (“Online Store”), require you to share your Personal Data. The types of Personal Data we may collect about you on the Site include:
Demographic and Contact Information. Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data

Data Retention and Destruction

Children’s Personal Data
We do not knowingly solicit Personal Data from or market to children under the age of 18 without prior verifiable consent from such child’s parent or legal guardian (“Parental Consent”). If you are under the age of 13, you are not allowed to purchase a product from the Online Store or otherwise use the Services without Parental Consent. If you are at least 13 years old but not yet 18 years of age, you should not purchase a product from the Online Store or otherwise use the Services without permission from your parent or guardian. We recommend that all children under 18 years of age ask their parents or legal guardians for permission before transmitting any Personal Data to anyone via the Internet. IF YOU ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 13, DO NOT SUBMIT ANY PERSONAL DATA THROUGH THE SITE (INCLUDING THE ONLINE STORE). We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s online activity and to help enforce our privacy practices. With proper identification, parents and legal guardians may revoke Parental Consent or review, correct, and request deletion of their child’s Personal Data stored in our databases by contacting us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. When Parental Consent is revoked, we will stop collecting, using, processing, or disclosing, Personal Data from that child. If we learn that Personal Data from users under 13 years of age has been collected, we will take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data; however, the Personal Data may not be completely or comprehensively removed from our databases.
If you are not yet 18 years old and reside in California, you have the right to request removal of unwanted Personal Data that you publicly post on the Site. While we will make sure your Personal Data is not publicly displayed on the Site, please be aware that such data may not be completely removed from our databases.
